Freight Policies for Exchanges
- 1Earplugs will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping for the following reasons:
- UPS or USPS mis-delivered the order (not customer's fault)
- Product did not fit correctly.
- Product did not meet expectations and customer would like to exchange for something similar.
- Order was called, faxed, or mailed in and a miscommunication caused the incorrect product to be invoiced and shipped.

- 1Earplugs will quickly provide exchanges with no restocking charges for the following reasons:
- Customer entered incorrect address on order.
- Item was ordered, processed, then shipped and customer tried to cancel or change order while in transit.

- Item was shipped correctly and the customer ordered the incorrect item.
- Item was shipped correctly and the customer no longer needs the item once it arrives.

- Incorrect product was shipped.
- Product was defective and un-usable.
- Product was damaged and un-usable from transit.

Return Procedures:
- If you need to return or replace an item, the first step is to apply for a return/exchange authorization at this link:
- Once the form has been submitted we will send you back a return authorization within next 1-2 days.
- Simply print out the e-mail we return and/or enclose all the return information inside the package. Then send the products to the address below (if applicable).
